The role involves building scalable low-latency backend systems and big data pipelines, integrating first-party and third-party data sources, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and writing optimized code.

Required experience includes building scalable data pipelines, working with large data in low-latency environments, distributed systems, microservices, and data engineering tools such as Spark, Flink, Apache Beam, BigQuery, Redshift, and dbt. Experience with Go and high-performance databases is a plus.

The position is remote-first, open to candidates anywhere in Canada.
