Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.As our new System Tester, you will be testing and validating water treatment systems end-to-end, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and programming issues to ensure every system meets engineered specifications before it leaves the facility. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.What you will be doingAs a key part of the Manufacturing & System Testing team, you'll create impact by Ensuring the reliability and quality of water treatment systems that deliver clean water to communities by catching and resolving issues before systems reach the field.Your main responsibilities include:Test water treatment systems against engineered drawings and documentation, following required testing processes and completing Control Narrative documentationTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC programming, and process issues, engaging Engineering, Production, and Project Management to resolve problems and prevent recurrenceComplete system testing on schedule while maintaining strict focus on quality and safety standardsCommunicate across departments to ensure successful system test outcomes and smooth startup transitionsReport issues through the quality tracking system and contribute ideas for continuous improvementWhat makes you a great fitAbove all, you are a detail-oriented problem solver with strong PLC programming expertise and hands-on instrumentation experience, comfortable working across electrical, mechanical, and process disciplines in a manufacturing environment.

Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc.
