Description:This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Director based in Canada.As the first Sales Director, you will take ownership of the revenue engine at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organization. You will lead an established team of Account Executives while remaining deeply involved in strategic and complex enterprise deals. The role combines sales leadership, hands‐on coaching, GTM strategy, and the development of scalable revenue processes. You will work directly with the CEO and founding team to shape the path toward $10M, $20M, and $30M+ in ARR. With a proven sales motion, strong pipeline, and established customers, you will build on a solid foundation rather than starting from scratch.
