Take charge of offshore wind turbine operations as the Offshore Shift Supervisor. Lead a team of technicians to ensure safety and compliance while servicing the V236 turbine fleet.
As the Offshore Shift Supervisor, you will directly supervise offshore technicians and manage daily operations reporting to the SOV Shift Manager. Your key focus will be operational planning, compliance with safety standards, and effective communication between customers and crew. You'll monitor weather conditions to mitigate operational impacts and organize logistical support for crew transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise offshore technicians maintaining V236 turbine fleet
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Act as the contact point for customers and site personnel
• Monitor and assess weather forecast impacts on operations
• Coordinate vessel and crew transfers ensuring safety
Requirements:
• 5 years in commercial-industrial mechanical or electrical work
• Experience with VOB SCADA operations
• TBC 300 Core & Specific Tasks completed
• AT-LT nomination or pathway achievable within 6 months
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
