You’ll be the go‑to support for our teams while also getting involved in cybersecurity, automation, and AI‑enabled improvements that support food safety, production, and supply chain operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting users across production, logistics, and office teams
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms
- Deploying and maintaining end‑user and industrial IT equipment
- Helping improve ERP, traceability, and manufacturing systems
- Assisting with data analysis, dashboards, and system optimization
- Supporting cybersecurity monitoring, patching, and awareness initiatives
- Exploring automation, scripting, and early‑stage AI solutions

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science,



Software Engineering—or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Solid fundamentals in operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity
- Comfort with helpdesk tools, remote support, and version control (Git)
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and smarter ways of working
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Great If You Have:

- Experience with ERP, MES, or traceability systems
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS)
- Manufacturing or food industry experience
