Duties include:

- Building and fostering strong relationships with farmers in a territory
- Meet farm clients in the field to better assess their needs
- Start to finish sales from the initial greeting to filling out paperwork
- Maintaining expert knowledge on equipment
- Providing excellent customer service

We are looking for someone who:

- is self motivated, qualified, and driven to sell
- has strong farming knowledge or background
- has good computer abilities
- can build relationships before and after a sale
- is motivated by a personal selling approach which occurs mainly in the field, with limited time in store
- Post secondary education in agronomy/business is a definite asset
