- Analyze current business requirements and processes and recommend solutions
- Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll based on requirements
- Assist in developing functional specifications for developments
- Assist in testing processes by developing and maintaining test scripts
- Collaborate with consultants from other modules such as Finance and Core HR

Requirements

- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configuration
- Knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Broad knowledge of SAP's on-premise and cloud technology solutions
- Deep understanding of HR business functions
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
- Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll projects
- Experience with cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)
- Ability to interpret business requirements and provide recommendations
- Experience leading client workshops and creating documentation
