Area Sales Manager – Multi‑Family – Edmonton and surrounding area

Reporting to the Director, Sales and Marketing of StreetSide Edmonton, the Area Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales centre and manage the sales process from sale to possession of properties. The role ensures excellent service and enhances customer satisfaction.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Represent the business unit in the sale of apartments, townhouses, and single‑family homes.
- Provide clients with excellent service throughout the home‑buying process and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Select and create spec files based on current inventory availability.
- Research, compile, and develop product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
- Identify new and creative ways to market products and drive traffic while upholding brand integrity.
- Participate in developing customer engagement, marketing and social media strategies.
- Ensure show homes are presentable and maintain up‑to‑date competitive analysis.

Essential Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint), ERP system (NewStar) and remote access systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Experience in the residential new‑home building industry.

Working Conditions

The position is primarily based in show‑homes during regular business hours. Frequent travel to construction sites and the main office for meetings may be required.
