We're looking for a motivated 1st Year Cladding Installer to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the construction trades.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation of exterior cladding systems (metal, composite, etc.)
- Measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Work alongside experienced installers and learn industry best practices
- Assist with material handling and equipment setup

Requirements

- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is an asset




- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
- Must be reliable and punctual
