The Jr. Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales activity and managing customer relationships within an assigned portion of a defined territory across the HORECA and OCS channels. This role contributes to business development, account management, and customer experience through direct engagement with prospects and customers while collaborating with Territory Managers and internal teams to support overall territory growth.

Responsibilities

- Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers within the assigned territory segment
- Manage a defined group of accounts, ensuring robust execution, engagement, and customer experience
- Prospect and prepare for customer outreach, including research, call planning, and activity coordination
- Qualify and progress new business opportunities within the assigned territory scope
- Connect with customer contacts and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Support closing activities in collaboration with Territory Managers and leadership
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations




- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor assigned accounts to ensure services align with customer expectations and requirements
- Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within managed accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking
- Participate in pipeline reviews, territory discussions, and planning conversations
- Work closely with Management and internal teams to support territory execution and objectives

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another client-facing environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Positive, collaborative approach and strong work ethic
