This role involves overseeing the completion of all site layout activities according to project requirements and specifications. Responsibilities include calculating concrete quantities, ordering concrete, organizing the pour schedule, monitoring rebar installation, conducting quantity surveying, and arranging inspections with various consultants. You will also analyze and update shop drawings and prepare standard reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Completion of a college or university program in a construction-related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a construction environment

- Robust organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of survey equipment (e.g., total station, level, transit, laser level)
Preferred Skills
- Involvement in at least one LRT-related project
- Business acumen in managing contracts and risks
