Role SummaryThe Project Engineer provides technical leadership for a major midstream owner/operator, supporting both facility optimization initiatives and large‐scale capital expansion programs. The role combines brownfield engineering, multidiscipline coordination, contractor oversight, and construction integration within operating processing facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Optimization & DebottleneckingLead engineering definition, option evaluation, and scope development to improve throughput, reliability, and operability of existing midstream assets.Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, tie‐in strategies, shutdown scopes, and integration packages.Coordinate process, mechanical, electrical, and I&C engineering to ensure safe and efficient modifications.Conduct 3D model reviews, constructability assessments, and support HAZOP/HAZID activities.Prepare construction work packages, support field execution, and ensure compliance with change management processes.Align engineering changes with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams.Capital Expansion & New Capacity AdditionsProvide project engineering leadership for major facility expansions, including new processing units, modular equipment packages, and complex brownfield integration.Oversee engineering deliverables from EP/EPCM contractors,
