Our client is a growing Quebec-based company that develops and commercializes innovative solutions for the real estate and construction industries. As part of its expansion, the company is looking for a Business Development Manager with a true hunter mentality to help accelerate its commercial growth. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing new markets and selling a high-value solution rather than simply pushing a product.

The Role

Working closely with senior management and the technical team, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and growing the company's presence in the market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with real estate developers, architects, contractors, cooperatives, non-profit organizations and other industry stakeholders
- Identify upcoming projects and build a strong sales pipeline
- Present and explain an innovative solution to different decision-makers and stakeholders




- Guide prospects through a consultative and technical sales cycle
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout the sales and project development process
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, demonstrations and networking activities
- Contribute to market development in Quebec, with potential opportunities outside the province

What's Offered

- Base salary: $80,000–$90,000, with flexibility based on experience
