Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and share periodic cost reports with senior staff
• Prepare and review construction-related cost strategies
• Supervise cash flow and change order reviews




• Ensure proper coding of invoices and liaise with accounts payable
• Participate in bi-weekly procurement and change meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related areas
• Four years of experience in relevant cost management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Proficient in Excel for comprehensive financial analysis
