Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring top-quality service and efficiency
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse and enthusiastic team
- Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that enhance the dining experience
- Manage inventory, ordering, and weekly scheduling
- Manage staff performance through effective team management, training, and development
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Oversee cash management and POS transactions with Micros POS systems
- Foster a respectful, positive team culture with open communication
- Drive business growth by meeting financial targets and enhancing sales
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles
- Strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with Micros POS systems preferred
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Barista or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Pay: CA$23.00 - CA$26.00 per hour
