Support TRAXX Coachlines operations in Burnaby, BC as a Dispatcher. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will ensure clients receive exceptional travel experiences across Western Canada.
In this full-time role, you will effectively manage the daily operations of motor coaches, maintaining compliance with safety and transportation regulations. You will collaborate closely with Trip Supporters and the Duty Manager, helping to resolve any issues while providing seamless service throughout the transportation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule motor coach operators and manage fleet operations
• Record and monitor driver assignments and vehicle locations
• Facilitate communication between drivers and management




• Work with departments to address transport logistics issues
• Prepare documentation and reports on transportation activities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of dispatching experience in transport
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Coach Manager is a plus
• Strong decision-making and planning skills
• Positive understanding of Western Canadian routes
• Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings
