This position requires at least three years of customer service experience, bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English, and a knack for technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor personnel safety via real-time alert systems
• Manage emergency alerts following escalation protocols
• Calmly respond to critical situations with professionalism
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for alerts

Requirements:
• Post-secondary certificate in relevant fields preferred
