In this position, you will manage intricate immigration cases, spearhead training initiatives, and improve service delivery through technology adoption and procedural standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee non-immigrant and immigrant case filings, including H-1B and adjustment of status
• Direct team activities and performance assessments for Analysts
• Facilitate client program management with transparent work plans and reporting




• Enhance quality and efficiency via standardized SOPs and improvements
• Utilize data insights for actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 6-8+ years' experience in U.S. employment-based immigration practices
• 2 or more years in leadership roles preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of NIV/IV processes and legal documentation
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with immigration management systems and improvements
