Job Description

You will be working in a non sales commission showroom where you help people choose tile for flooring their home or commercial project. You will work as part of a highly successful team, but you will also need the initiative to work autonomously to meet our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the customer is satisfied and has a positive experience.
- Advise and assist the customer on product and design selection.
- Provide information about Tile Town products.
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Continually review showroom to ensure professional and clean presentation of Tile Town products.
- Other duties as required.

Store Operating Hours

- Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
