IWK Health in Halifax is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant to perform a wide range of lab functions and blood collection tasks. The MLA will use MEDITECH for order entry, prepare reagents, and ensure clean, sterile work areas in a rapid-paced setting.

The role requires a certified MLA, CSMLS certification or eligibility, and NSRMLS licensure or eligibility. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to support the diagnostic services and genetics programs.
