Our Roanoke Rapids Mill team is seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to help maintain and repair state-of-the-art paperboard manufacturing equipment.Pay Range: $31.19 – $41.56 per hour (based on education and experience)What You'll DoWork alongside experienced mentors to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance.Support continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and improve reliability.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for unplanned shutdowns.Maintain and troubleshoot advanced control systems (DCS, PLC).Interpret blueprints, diagrams,
