About the Opportunity

Lore Electric is looking for a full‑time Electrical Foreman to lead the East Junction wood‑frame condo development in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Owner and working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading site crews, coordinating work, and ensuring the successful delivery of this multi‑family residential project.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of electricians and apprentices on site
- Oversee layout, rough‑in, finishing, and final turnover of electrical work
- Manage daily and weekly production goals using Procore software
- Run daily touchpoints and weekly huddles in the site trailer




- Coordinate with project management and other trades to keep the project on track
- Track materials, tools, and manpower to align with budgets
- Mentor apprentices and support their skilled growth
- Enforce safety standards and maintain site cleanliness

Qualifications

To qualify, you will need to hold a Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification and have 5+ years of electrical experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or lead hand on multi‑family residential projects.

- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, code, and condo wiring systems
- Proven ability to run multi‑family projects from start to finish
- Comfort using Procore or other construction management software
- Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors on active construction sites
- Ability to manage materials, tools, and manpower within budget
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing apprentices
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with trades and management
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on site
