This position involves processing payrolls for Canada and the US, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects. Key Responsibilities:
• Process large-scale payrolls for Canada and the US
• Complete year-end reporting, including T4s and W2s
• Set up garnishments and manage employee inquiries
• Prepare various financial reports for internal and statutory needs
• Maintain detailed payroll processing instructions
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of payroll processing experience
• Active PCP or FPC designation or active pursuit of it
• Advanced skills in Excel for payroll management
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
