progress and close deals alongside Idira Partners to meet and exceed your own personal quota (predominantly to customers with less than $1billion annual revenue)Proactively prospect recent business opportunities with focus accounts via cold call, email, prospecting tools & marketing leads provided, working with Idira Partners where appropriateManage and track opportunities and pipeline in SalesforceCollaborate closely with our Channel partners in finding, progressing and closing dealsUnderstand and communicate Idira's features, benefits as well as role in the privileged access security spaceSupport both internal and partner marketing campaigns and eventsCollaborate with members of the assigned territoryPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 3 years' experience in leading Sales cycles and successfully carrying quota(CAD +500k annually)Experience of solution-based selling in the Technology/IT sectorProven track record of success (consistent quota achievement)Proven sales methodology and negotiation skillsKnowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce)Ability to multi-task and prioritize while achieving quotaWorks well in a matrix organizationIdeally experience in indirect selling and working with Channel PartnersCreative problem-solving,

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
