Position: QA Accessibility Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.x, AODA, and other accessibility standards.
- Use tools such as AXE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, WAVE, and similar for accessibility validation.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to identify, document, and remediate accessibility issues.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Define and maintain accessibility acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and maintain defect logs in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or QTest.
- Conduct requirement analysis and provide feedback on accessibility gaps during story grooming.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of accessibility defects and track progress throughout sprints.
- Contribute to accessibility best practices, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
