Jobtailor is seeking an experienced linehaul leader to oversee all linehaul operations across our network, driving safe, productive, and cost-effective freight movement. You will develop strategies, optimize routes, and manage budgets to maximize profitability and service quality.
In this role you will monitor key metrics, lead dispatch and planning teams, review carrier contracts, and partner with operations and sales to align capacity with demand.
