Sephora Canada is hiring a full-time Services Manager to enhance beauty experiences at our Kingsway Mall location. Oversee services, events, and product classes while leading a passionate team.
In this full time role, you will manage all service-related activities at Sephora's Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio. You'll ensure that Beauty Advisors are trained, technology is embraced, and that clients receive exceptional experiences. This includes overseeing class scheduling, event management, and performance assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations in the Beauty Studio
• Oversee client reservations and staffing for services
• Coordinate in-store events with the services team
• Train and develop Beauty Advisors and track their performance
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build effective teams
• Capable of working in a fragrance environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
