Hourly Wage: $24.75 - $26.25 (eligible for gratuities and discretionary wage increases per company policy)

Duties

- Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
- Carry and replace linen
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Load bus pans and trays
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes,



glassware, and flatware
- Place dishes in storage area
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Sanitize and wash dishes by hand
- Scour pots and pans
- Handle and store cleaning products, remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

Requirements

- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays (as the hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year)
- Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- On‑job training provided
