Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are actively looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a globally recognized investment management organization known for managing large-scale institutional investments across public equity, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and fixed‑income assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and automation scripts.
- Drive QA automation initiatives and promote Shift-Left testing practices across Agile teams.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Enhance automation efficiency, stability, scalability,



and test coverage.
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end quality engineering activities.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / Quality Engineering.
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, PyTest, and Zephyr.
- Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks and test scripting.
- Strong understanding of QE methodologies, SDLC, regression testing, test planning, and defect management.
- Experience writing clean, reusable, and maintainable automation code.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Capital Markets / Investment Management domain experience.
