You will play a key role in helping clients transform their production operations through modern ERP capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing deep functional expertise in Production Control, Manufacturing, and Shop Floor processesLead Production workstreams on full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, including:Discrete manufacturingProcess manufacturing (as applicable)Lean manufacturing concepts (Kanban, pull-based production)Analyze client manufacturing operations, including:Bills of Materials (BOM)Routing and resource capacityProduction scheduling (operations and job scheduling)Material consumption and costingDesign and configure D365 F&O solutions across:Production orders and lifecycle managementMaster planning integration with productionCapacity planning and shop floor controlProduction costing and variance analysisProvide leadership on projects involving multiple supply chain streams, mentoring junior consultants and ensuring quality deliveryIdentify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes, improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance visibilitySupport integration points between Production and:Inventory and Warehouse ManagementProcurement and sourcingSales and demand planningFinance and cost accountingFacilitate workshops, document requirements, and lead solution design sessionsDeliver end-user training and support user adoption of production processes in D365Contribute to proposal development, estimations, and practice growth initiativesHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspects of your work: Integrity, Respect, and CollaborationYou are recognized as a manufacturing SME, bringing practical,
