standards, frameworks, and reference architectures

for onboarding recent AI technologies (including generative AI and agentic systems), enabling consistent, secure, and scalable adoption across the enterprise. Design and implement

governance models and delivery patterns

for AI solutions, including intake, evaluation, risk classification, deployment,



and lifecycle management—ensuring repeatability and reducing time-to-value for new capabilities. Scale enterprise AI adoption by rolling out productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and agentic frameworks), supported by structured enablement programs, training, and adoption playbooks that drive measurable ROI and sustained usage.
