- Plan, develop and facilitate programs for youth ages 13-19.
- Supervise and transport youth.
- Promote the program and network with community resources.
Qualifications
- Two years combined experience working with at‑risk youth.
- One year facilitation experience.
- Knowledge of facilitation and teaching strategies.
- Experience with at‑risk populations (preferably aged 11-19).
- Knowledge of program planning and development.
- Understanding of anger and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of substance abuse and its effects.
- Ability to work independently and as a supportive team player.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
