and end-to-end automation initiativesCreate and maintain automated test assets where required by the teamAnalyze quality metrics, defect trends, and operational insights to improve testing effectiveness and reduce riskIdentify, document, and communicate testing gaps, technical risks, quality debt, and optimization opportunitiesPartner closely with development, architecture, product, and business teams to embed quality throughout the solution lifecycleTrack defects, test execution activities, and quality metrics using Jira and related quality management platformsSupport the ongoing evolution of QA, automation, and quality engineering best practices across the organizationSkills & Experience You Should Possess5-7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, API testing, or integration testingStrong hands-on experience testing APIs, including validation of request/response structures, payloads, integration points, and transaction workflowsExperience testing event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka or similar technologiesProven ability to create test cases, execute testing activities, analyze outcomes, and manage defects through resolutionStrong understanding of integration testing methodologies and end-to-end business process validationExperience working within Agile software delivery environmentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize testing activities based on business risk and impactStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiencesBilingual communication skills in French and EnglishBonus Points If You HaveExperience within banking, financial services, payments,
