Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to the VP, Resident Care and Tribunal Affairs, including support related to Operations, Recovery, Tribunal Affairs, and Resident Care teams
Prepare legal documents, including but not limited to, Declarations of Service, Affidavits of Service, court and tribunal filings, bailiff and sheriff instructions, judgment enforcement, and drafting internal demand letters and warning notices.
Drafting professional written correspondence for residents and external stakeholders.
Manage collections, deposits, and invoicing Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Education &
Experience: Post Secondary education
Exceptional verbal, writing and communication skills, supported by significant experience in administrative and professional environments.
Technical Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and recent technology Non-technical Requirements: Excellent administrative skills
Detail-oriented and diligent
Ability to handle sensitive information and always maintain utmost confidentiality with tact, diplomacy and integrity
