The role provides leadership and oversight to Project Management, Construction Administration, Site Operations, Safety, Quality Assurance, and Pre-Construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, within approved budgets, and in accordance with Troika's quality and performance standards.The Director is accountable not only for successful project delivery, but also for strengthening the overall capability and scalability of Troika Construction. This includes developing high-performing teams and future leaders, establishing clear operating standards and accountability, improving construction systems and processes, strengthening cost and schedule controls, and driving continuous improvement across the business.As Troika continues to grow, the Director will play an important role in ensuring the construction platform, leadership capacity, and operational disciplines evolve to support an increasingly diverse and complex project pipeline.
