Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Food Service Manager (Tim Hortons Manager) to lead our Tim Hortons team in Canora, Saskatchewan.

Overview

This role focuses on driving operations, financial performance, team development, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations and achieve financial targets
- Drive guest satisfaction and operational performance standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation
- Ensure Always Fresh standards and control waste
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members aligned with company values
- Monitor sales, manage POS systems, budgets, and payroll
- Control costs (food, labour, paper) using CPP data
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff (up to 50 employees)
- Ensure shift coverage and support employee development
- Maintain communication, handle discipline, and enforce policies




- Manage guest experience, reporting, and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations

Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years supervisory experience (management experience an asset)
- Food service experience preferred; Tim Hortons knowledge an asset
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem‑solving, organization, and time management
- Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office
- Professional, customer‑focused approach
- Adaptable availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- Criminal Record Check required

Schedule

- 40 hours per week
- Store hours: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday to Saturday

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
