You will join us on 16 November, complete our training and onboarding before Christmas and enter January ready to take advantage of the traditional increase in new projects, hiring activity and recruitment assignments.

This is not an empty desk or a cold start. You will be building from an established Architecture & Design recruitment platform with a strong reputation, developed client and candidate networks, an engaged industry community, extensive market data and a proven record of placements.

The Role Your main focus will be recruiting within Architecture, including:

- Architects and Intern Architects
- Architectural Technologists
- BIM and digital delivery professionals
- Project Architects and Project Managers
- Associates, Principals and studio leadership
- Technical, design and operational roles within architecture practices

You will manage the full recruitment process: developing client relationships, winning assignments, sourcing and engaging candidates, managing interviews and closing placements. Architecture will be your core market, but you will have the flexibility to support clients with related Interior Design, Engineering and corporate hires .

There are also no geographical territory restrictions . You can work with clients and candidates across Canada and the United States, allowing you to service clients with operations throughout North America.

Location We are looking for someone based in Toronto, the wider GTA or the Golden Horseshoe .

This is a work-from-home role with considerable flexibility over where and when you work. However, being close to Toronto gives you the opportunity to meet clients and candidates, attend industry events and build a visible presence within one of North America’s most important Architecture markets.

- An experienced 360 agency recruiter
- An Architecture or Architecture & Design recruiter looking for a better platform
- An Architecture or Design Specifications Representative experienced in selling products and solutions to architects, designers and specification professionals
- An Architecture or Design professional with strong relationship-building and commercial skills
- Someone with an Architecture or Design education who has decided that becoming an architect or designer is not the right long-term career
- A proven sales professional with relationships and credibility within the Architecture community

Recruitment experience is valuable, but it is not essential for the right person. We have successfully transitioned industry sales professionals into recruitment.
