Join RFNOW's agile team as a Field Service Technician, where your day-to-day tasks include installing and preparing fiber optic infrastructure. Participating in this role means managing final connections for households and businesses, employing specialized tools like OTDRs, and ensuring professional client interactions are a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and terminate fiber optic cables securely
• Set up media converters, ONTs, switches, and routers
• Conduct fiber testing using OTDR and light meters




• Install CAT5/6 wiring safely in various settings
• Engage respectfully with clients and support staff
Requirements:
• Experience in telecom installation preferred
• Networking knowledge including wireless routers
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract required
• Willingness to travel to work sites as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
