This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office where you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Full responsibility over the revenue recognition cycle across our hardware, software, and service offerings, including partnering with GTM teams to design proper rev rec processes on any new commercial model. Manage revenue accounting under ASC 606/IFRS 15, Review customer contracts and revenue schedules, partners with FP&A; on margin reporting.

Facilitate & consolidate the transition of accounting processes. Helping the Controller to prepare financial statements and management reports. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax, and internal SOX control requirements. Partnering with the Controller & Tax team to coordinate internal and external audits. Supervising accounting staff and driving process improvements, monitor and coach local and offshore support team.

Drive process improvements and finance automation (AI/Looker, Alteryx) initiatives. College degree in Finance, Business (or additional relevant experience in a related field). ~ Minimum 8+ years of experience in Finance and accounting. ~ Combination of Big 4 and industry experience,



public company reporting experience is preferred. ~ CPA preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience. ~ ERP Experience: Well versed in systems implementations, experience in SAP and Onestream. ~ Experience managing global accounting teams. ~ It’s a representation of the things you will be doing, and you may not perform all of these duties. The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is $120,000 - $130,000 CAD per year.
