We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The Associate
Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of dental conditions, contributing to the overall oral health of our community.
Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, surgical and cosmetic dental procedures
Utilize dental software such as Paradigm for patient records management and treatment documentation
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care
Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions
Maintain accurate medical terminology documentation and adhere to all safety protocols
Manage pediatric patients with gentle care and appropriate techniques
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid state dental license in good standing
Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
Proficiency with Paradigm software is highly desirable
Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
Strong communication skills and compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage multiple cases efficiently
