Qualifications and Attributes:

- 3-6 years of post-call experience in Commercial Real Estate from a reputable Canadian law firm; a combination of in-house and private practice experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in the purchase and sale of investment properties across all asset classes,



catering to a diverse spectrum of regional and national investors.
- Knowledge of development approvals and complex subdivisions for various commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Canadian qualified with above-average academic credentials.
