The Mission Canada Campus Worker will assist the Mission Canada Campus Worker Lead in fostering a disciple-making community among university students. You will facilitate outreach, support students’ spiritual growth, and develop current initiatives as necessary. Your role is essential in enhancing campus life and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pastoral care to university students
• Encourage discipleship growth and maturity
• Lead outreach and service initiatives on campus
• Organize community building events and activities
• Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives
Requirements:
• Must possess or pursue a PAOC ministry credential
• Understanding of post-secondary campus environments
• Experience and skills in ministry and outreach
• Ability to raise funds for the position
• Canadian citizenship required
