Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Claim Advisor, Auto in Alberta to support customers through the claims process. You will review policies, investigate complex auto claims, determine coverage and liability, and settle claims in line with company policies. The role requires solid customer service experience and knowledge of policy interpretation. A CIP designation is a bonus, and fluency in additional languages is an asset. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
