Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of experiencein Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience testingContextual Banking Experience (CBX)or digital banking platforms.
- Strong experience in automation frameworks usingJava, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Proven expertise in API testing and automation.
- Valuable understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Lending, Payments, or Wealth Management domains.

- Knowledge of Temenos, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Mambu, or similar banking platforms.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Exposure to cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of security testing and OWASP principles.
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA certification.
