Blackburn Concepts is hiring! We're a custom automotive, fabrication, and welding shop specializing in performance builds, and we're looking for a motivated, hardworking person who's passionate about cars and ready to grow with us.

What you'll do: Work hands-on with our team on custom automotive projects, fabrication, welding, and performance builds — real cars, real craftsmanship, real growth.

What we're looking for:

- Experience or knowledge in automotive work, fabrication, welding, or metalworking
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Someone who wants to learn and develop current skills, not just clock in and out
- Pride in your work and attention to quality and detail
- A respectful, reliable, and responsible attitude — someone who takes care of the equipment and projects they work on
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
