Peninsula Ford Lincoln is looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician! This position provides a great opportunity for flat rate structure in a busy shop. You will be reporting to the service manager and responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of our customers' vehicles. Experienced apprentices may be considered.

Compensation: Licenced Techs $32-$42 per flat rate hour depending on experience

Hours of Work: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday shifts by rotation 8am-12pm once a month

Your Role:

- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform the repair.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
- Perform road tests and safety inspections.

Successful Candidates Possess:

- Holds an Automotive Service Technician Apprenticeship Agreement with the College of Trades
- Prefer fully licensed 310S may consider 3rd or 4th year of apprenticeship




- Valid Driver’s License (Class G) and a clean driving record.
- Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
