Job Description

Customer Experience Associate responsible for performing a broad range of customer service transactions, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting banking solutions.

Responsibilities

- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with operating procedures and regulations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining discretion.
- Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard issues as needed.
- Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
- Build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by participating in team effectiveness and performance development.
- Assist the team with routine activities and keep teammates informed of status.




- Recommend operational improvements to enhance quality of customer experiences.

Requirements

- High school diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
- Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous demeanor.
