Lead client engagement teams, manage project budgets, and deliver high-quality services. Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, understanding their industry and key performance drivers. Support and lead business process design, configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Pro WFM solutions. Generate recent business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3+ years of consulting experience,



with 2-5 years in UKG Pro WFM project implementation, preferably in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar sectors. UKG certifications (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration) are a plus. Experience in solution gap analysis, process design, and client communication. Skills and Attributes

Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to operate with ambiguity, be flexible with travel (up to 30%), and work collaboratively. What We Offer
