Duties

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling accessories that complement client needs and enhance their experience
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments




- Promote salon services and retail offerings to increase sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate your skills

Requirements

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and actively listen to client needs
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment
- Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction
- Robust communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
- A valid license or certification as required by local regulations for practicing barbering or hairstyling
