Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to accurately process orders and payments
- Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including food handling and preparation areas
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Experience





- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
- Experience in food preparation or food handling within the food industry is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure safe handling of beverages and food items
